Our service guarantee covers defects in workmanship and parts. If a repaired appliance fails due to our work or defective parts we installed, we will address the issue at no additional charge during the warranty period.
Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period. The original service must have been completed by Artisticuaaromae, and the appliance must not have been modified or damaged after our service.
Parts Returns
Replacement parts that are unused and in original packaging may be eligible for return if they were not needed for the repair. Contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss parts returns.
Parts must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged for return. Custom or special-order parts may not be eligible for return.
