Pricing and Payment

Pricing for appliance repair services is based on the type of repair, parts required, and labor involved. We provide transparent cost estimates before starting work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept various payment methods as discussed during service scheduling.

Warranty and Guarantees

Artisticuaaromae provides warranties on repair work and replacement parts as specified in individual service agreements. Warranty terms vary based on the type of repair and parts used.

Warranties cover defects in workmanship and parts, but do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

Acceptable Use

When using our services and website, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:

Customers are responsible for backing up data and removing valuable items from appliances before service. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee against all possible issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please follow these steps:

Informal Resolution

Mediation

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, we agree to attempt mediation through a mutually acceptable mediator. Mediation will be conducted in Whanganui, New Zealand, and both parties will share mediation costs equally.

Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 (New Zealand) or any successor legislation. Arbitration will be conducted in Whanganui, New Zealand, by a single arbitrator appointed by agreement or by the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal.

Court Proceedings

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, specifically the courts located in Whanganui or Wellington.

Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
